When will my order be posted out?
All orders will be sent out within 12-24 hours
Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day
For Domestic Deliveries, your orders should arrive at your door-step the following 1 - 3 working days (for Peninsular Malaysia) or between 3 - 7 working days for East Malaysian addresses. Customers are able to choose their courier of choice during check out.
For International Deliveries, it takes within 3 - 7 working days, depending on location and choice of courier during check out.
During the festive season, sale periods or after a collection launch, please be patience as processing and delivery may take a little longer. You will be notified of any shipping delay by email
Please be aware that we can not ship to PO Box or Parcel Lockers
You will receive a email order notification with a tracking number

Currency, Taxes and Duty
Please note that all payments made on this site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
For orders being shipped within Malaysia, prices are inclusive of SST
International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.
We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Currently, there is NO REFUND available. We can only accept exchanges based on manufacturing malfunctions due to the Covid-19 situation. Exchanges are not permitted if you are unhappy with your purchase due to aesthetics or have changed your mind. All products will be properly inspected before being posted to ensure it meets the standard. If the item you received is malfunction, please contact us as soon as possible and provide necessity information along with photos. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Faulty returns are valid within 3 days of receiving your items purchased.
Customers are required to bear the shipping costs for returns and send a copy of postage tracking details to our email (hello@niahandco.com) along with your Order Number.
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at Niah+Co
